Architectural Draftsman

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Architectural Draftsman. The role involves preparing precise architectural and construction drawings, collaborating with architects and designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, and contributing to planning and layout designs for various projects. The Architectural Draftsman will also ensure all plans align with local building codes and standards, and support the team with ongoing adjustments during project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Architecture and Planning principles.
• Excellent technical skills in Drawing software and related tools.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of building regulations.
• Prior experience with interior design projects, particularly in F&B, hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential spaces, is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
