Architectural Draftsmen

Description:

This is a full-time role for an Architectural Draftsman at Proficient BIM Solutions. The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for creating accurate 2D CAD files, developing Revit 3D BIM models, ensuring clash-free scheduling with 4D BIM, and providing accurate cost forecasts with 5D BIM. This role involves collaborating with the architectural team on-site in Dubai while allowing for some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Communication skills for effective collaboration
• Integration skills for seamless coordination within BIM projects
• Experience in Solution Architecture
• Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed architectural designs
• Knowledge of BIM software such as Revit
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification in Architecture or related field

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience

- Must be ready to join immediately
