Wingstop UAE is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing multiple restaurant locations and delivering operational excellence within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

The successful candidate will oversee the performance of multiple outlets, lead restaurant teams, maintain operational standards, and drive business growth. Applicants should possess strong leadership abilities, proven GCC QSR experience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and food safety regulations.

• Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and outlet teams.

• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate staffing, training, and operational planning across assigned outlets.

• Prepare reports and collaborate with senior management on business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven GCC experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
