These faculty members reside outside the UAE and contribute to our mission entirely through digital platforms. Teaching is delivered fully online, whether asynchronous or synchronous; allowing them to engage with learners across borders. Non-resident faculty actively participate in faculty meetings, committees, and training sessions virtually, ensuring strong collaboration despite the distance. They are expected to produce impactful research in their specific areas, mentor students, and contribute to academic service, with all responsibilities carried out remotely. Community involvement is fostered through regular virtual participation in campus events and initiatives, enabling them to remain an integral part of HBMSU’s vibrant academic network while working from abroad.
Applicants must be familiar with online teaching platforms and methodologies and be dedicated to supporting HBMSU’s mission of transforming learning through technology and innovation. Candidates must hold a completed terminal degree at the time of application; conferral letters or equivalent official verification are required.
