Assistant Accountant

Dexiconn, a global leader in IT & Consumer Electronics distribution, is expanding its team in Dubai and looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to support international finance operations in a growing, dynamic company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Fluency in both Russian and English is required for this role, as you will be working with an international team. The Assistant Accountant will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and records.

• Reconcile accounts and process financial transactions.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.

• Maintain financial ledgers and balance sheets.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Support senior accountants in day-to-day financial tasks.

• Handle communications and financial documentation in both Russian and English.

• Assist with audit preparations and other accounting functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the IT & Consumer Electronics industry is a plus but not required.
