Description:
The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for providing customer-focused service, handling customer inquiries, managing aftersales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with customers.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service
- Handle customer appointments and scheduling efficiently.
- Receive and review customer vehicle pickup and delivery requests from the workshop team.
- Organize and schedule driver assignments based on location, workload, and delivery timeframes.
- Ensure all vehicles are dispatched promptly and in compliance with service level agreements.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Dubai's roads, traffic routines, and navigation tools to optimize pickup and delivery routes.
- Consider traffic conditions and time of day to plan the most efficient routes.
- Address any concerns or questions from drivers during their routes.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle dispatch activities, including pickup and delivery times, customer information, and driver performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
