• Drive excellence across the Lower Primary Phase
• Ensure strong progression into Key Stage 2 and beyond
• Lead the English Department, curriculum development and innovation
• Champion safeguarding, wellbeing and high expectations

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education/English Subject with recognised teaching certification
• Educational leadership or management qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in a similar school setting
• Proven expertise in English and primary curriculum
• Deep understanding of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety
• Strong knowledge of international inspection, accreditation and evaluation frameworks
