We are looking for an experienced and organized Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our expanding Facilities Management team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, maintaining hygiene standards, managing staff schedules, and ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness expectations. The role requires a strong sense of leadership, efficiency, and an eye for detail to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across assigned areas.
  • Monitor the performance of housekeeping staff, providing training and guidance when needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation quality.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory, ensuring timely procurement of cleaning supplies and materials.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Management and Administration teams to improve operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and hygiene standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role.
  • Prior experience in the facilities management sector preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure operational consistency.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
