Description:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for conducting independent, risk-based reviews of customer fulfilment functions, ensuring compliance with risk mitigation measures and operational controls.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and assess key risk indicators (KRIs) across products, policies, and processes.
- Implement and track risk mitigants, including automation opportunities.
- Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure risk resolution and escalate unresolved issues.
- Validate process controls through sample checks, MIS reviews, and exception reports.
- Oversee audit findings, ensuring timely closure and escalation when necessary.
- Review process changes to embed adequate controls and mitigate risks.
- Drive digital initiatives, aligning solutions with operational needs.
- Leverage data insights to enhance risk management and decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations or Customer Fulfilment.
- Strong knowledge of policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management best practices.
- Ability to analyze customer data and performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
