Description:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for conducting independent, risk-based reviews of customer fulfilment functions, ensuring compliance with risk mitigation measures and operational controls.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and assess key risk indicators (KRIs) across products, policies, and processes.
  • Implement and track risk mitigants, including automation opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure risk resolution and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Validate process controls through sample checks, MIS reviews, and exception reports.
  • Oversee audit findings, ensuring timely closure and escalation when necessary.
  • Review process changes to embed adequate controls and mitigate risks.
  • Drive digital initiatives, aligning solutions with operational needs.
  • Leverage data insights to enhance risk management and decision-making.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations or Customer Fulfilment.
  • Strong knowledge of policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management best practices.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
