What You'll Do:
✅ Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed targets.

✅ Build and nurture relationships with customers, shippers, consignees, and freight forwarders.
✅ Present and promote our services, showcasing our competitive edge.
✅ Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and quotations.
✅ Negotiate rates and agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes.
✅ Ensure smooth execution of shipments and timely service delivery.
✅ Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities.
✅ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
✅ Report sales activities and achievements to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
· 6+ years of sales experience in the shipping & logistics industry.
· Strong knowledge of container shipping products & services.
· Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve results.
· Expertise in the UAE market & competitor landscape and have a strong customer base in Abu Dhabi.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in shipping systems and portals.
· A valid UAE driving license.
