Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with policies.
  • Support policy development, implementation, and communication to ensure consistency.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, labor law, and best practices.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and prepare reports with recommendations.
  • Monitor employee engagement, retention, and workplace relations trends, suggesting improvements.
  • Support HR initiatives related to performance management, employee well-being, and workplace culture.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR/Employee Relations, preferably in a large organization.
