A reputed organization in the UAE is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and support business growth within the automotive aftersales division. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving profitability across service and workshop functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in managing aftersales operations in a competitive automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Achieve revenue and profitability targets for aftersales operations

• Improve operational efficiency and optimize workshop and facility utilization

• Drive customer satisfaction metrics including CSAT, NPS, Google Reviews, and retention rates

• Lead workshop and reception teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

• Maintain quality control standards, compliance, and accurate reporting

• Manage spare parts inventory and support revenue enhancement initiatives

• Focus on performance management and employee retention strategies

• Collaborate with insurance companies and external stakeholders to support claims and service processes

Requirements:


• 3–5 years of GCC experience in automotive aftersales operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with Business Management specialization

• Hands-on experience in multi-brand service workshops and body repair centers

• Strong experience dealing with automobile insurance companies in the UAE

• Strong leadership, customer-centric approach, and operational expertise

• Excellent communication and team management skills
