Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Accountant. As a key member of our team, he/she will play a crucial role in managing revenue & expenses -related activities within our fleet, taxi, and Limousine Company. The primary responsibilities will include overseeing sales order generation, credit customer invoicing, expense validation, and contributing to month-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Revenue & Customer Invoicing:
• Generate revenue and digest it by service line and process accurate sales orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all revenues for services provided, including special events, are captured.
• Create and send invoices to credit customers, ensuring accuracy and billing terms are obliged.
• Handle customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable and work with the collections team to resolve outstanding payments.

Expense Review and Validation:

• Review and validate expenses related to fleet operations, taxis, and limousines prior to posting them to the ledger.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure proper coding, documentation, and approval of expenses.
• Identify discrepancies or irregularities and conduct required actions.

Month-End Closing:

• Participate in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, and accruals for expenses and revenues.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular and ad hoc financial reports, analyzing revenue trends and variances.
• Provide insights to management regarding revenue performance and potential areas for improvement.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

Accounting: 3 years (Dubai experience Preferred)
