NuStar Trading LLC, a key entity within the HSA Group, is a fast-growing FMCG distribution company based in the UAE. We manage a diverse portfolio of consumer brands and operate across all 7 emirates, providing value-driven solutions to our partners and customers. As part of our growth plans, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Finance Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in line with IFRS and internal company standards.
- Manage and monitor daily accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets.
- Review VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Lead and implement SAP finance module improvements and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support cost control, margin analysis, and business decision-making through financial insights.
- Ensure financial controls are maintained and risk exposure is minimized.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams for integrated financial planning and reporting.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE in the FMCG or distribution sector.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and regulatory environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
