Description:
We’re hiring an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our Food & Beverage operations in Abu Dhabi. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with UAE experience and a solid background in F&B who can support day-to-day operations, lead teams, and keep service running smoothly across shifts. Immediate availability and a valid UAE driver’s licence are important for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in daily restaurant/venue operations, ensuring service standards and operational procedures are followed.
- Supervise floor and back-of-house teams, provide coaching, and assist with staff scheduling.
- Monitor service quality and implement immediate corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
- Assist with operational reporting, basic cost-control measures and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
- Step in to handle guest issues, complaints, or escalations with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
Requirements
- UAE experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
- Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations, maintain standards, and work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
