Description:
The Assistant Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. This position requires a results-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to excel in CRM Management, Project Management and Coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, managing customer data, and preparing sales reports.
- Follow up on each opportunity with client and updates
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate customer data, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track sales progress and identify areas of opportunity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or luxury goods industry.
• Proven experience in using CRM software.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
