Assistant Warehouse Team Lead

📈 Job Responsibilities:

✔️ Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including loading, unloading, storing, picking, repacking, and dispatching materials

✔️ Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, productivity, and safety

✔️ Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy

✔️ Assist in implementing process improvements for greater efficiency and cost savings

✔️ Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment

✔️ Act as point of contact in the absence of the Warehouse Team Lead

🔹 Hands-on experience in loading, unloading, repacking, and material handling

🔹 Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills

🔹 Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office
