Opportunity for a corporate lawyer with highly rated US law firm with between 3-5 year's post qualification experience in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate (3-5PQE) who is looking to gain international experience in this firm's Abu Dhabi or Dubai office. The team advises clients across the broad spectrum of corporate work, including public takeovers, private M&A, ECM, complex joint ventures, private equity, venture capital and corporate restructurings. The firm works on the most high-profile transactions in the region.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience gained in the region although candidates from leading international law firms outside the Middle East will be considered. Salary range $190,000-250,000* tax free plus bonus.
