Description:
Avantor is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and experienced Associate to provide initial support to customers by handling inquiries and manage the day-to-day operation tasks, across multiple business units.
This role will be a full-time position based out of our Mauritius office. Responsible for answering routine questions and issues from external or internal customers. Frequently escalates more complex customer complaints or issues to more senior customer service representative.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: An associate with less than 6 months of experience or a fresher (Preferably with a bachelor’s degree)
- SAP knowledge
- Basic knowledge in Word, Excel & CRM experience
- Candidate should be proficient in the French and English
- Customer Centric with strong business and financial awareness.
- High level of computer literacy with experience of SAP, Excel, CRMS, E Commerce & Power BI

- Manage the day-to-day team operation to ensure all team and individual KPI’s and service levels are met.
- To identify and meet customers’ business requirements. Providing solutions.
- To develop a holistic relationship with the Export Regional Sales Teams.
- To have regular meetings with Customers and Distributors.
- To make a positive contribution to the Export Regional Sales Teams monthly sales and gross margin targets.
- C4C ticketing
- To ensure that the daily/weekly reporting is carried out, Dispute Report, Open Order Report, Status 2 Report, ZCOM report, to ensure that the team are accountable for following up and ensuring that the customers are updated in a timely manner.
- To build an awareness of a range of Export Customers in order to support the team.
- Being involved in providing the forecast, highlighting the risks, and working with the team to meet business expectations.
- Responsible for scheduled picking and packing
- Discussions internally for credit blocks
- Providing customer solutions
