Asst Bar Manager

Description:

RIG is working with a client opening a new restaurant based in Abu Dhabi.

The client is looking for a Asst Bar Manager / Bar Supervisor to join them with a fine dining restaurant experience.

Must have 7 years + experience and 3 years + at supervisor level.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.

Inventory & Stock Control:

• Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensure adequate supplies are available, and process stock orders.

Customer Service:

• Provide and oversee outstanding customer service, resolve customer complaints, and build relationships with clientele.

Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure the bar operates smoothly, maintain high hygiene and safety standards, and adhere to liquor licensing and alcohol service laws.

Shift Management:

• Create staff rotas, open and close the bar, and manage cash handling and till procedures.

Administrative Tasks:

• Assist with budgeting, report to management, and maintain cleanliness of the bar and service areas.
