As an Audit Manager, you will lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure adherence to accounting and auditing standards. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of financial reporting and support the professional development of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage audit engagements for clients across multiple industries.
• Oversee accounting functions, including preparation and review of financial statements, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• Review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior audit staff to enhance team performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of audit projects while upholding high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
