Flexway, a reputable name in the hospitality industry, is currently seeking a Barista to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-oriented individual who is passionate about coffee culture and committed to delivering a memorable café experience.

As a Barista, you will play a key role in preparing premium-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages, assisting customers with their selections, and creating a warm, welcoming environment in the store. Your skill in multitasking, product presentation, and communication will help enhance the overall customer satisfaction and store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks and other specialty coffee beverages.

• Engage with customers to take orders, recommend products, and answer inquiries about the menu.

• Promote featured products and suggest cake designs or other items to boost sales.

• Handle packaging, point-of-sale transactions, and maintain inventory as needed.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and customer seating areas.

• Maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and presentation in beverage preparation.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a barista or coffee-making role within the hospitality or retail sector.

• Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and drink preparation techniques.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Experience in upselling and promoting food and beverage items.

• Must be currently in the UAE, preferably on a visit or cancelled visa.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
