Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator located in Abu Dhabi. The coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses, and coordinating with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. Their tasks include handling customer complaints, providing product information, and maintaining customer records. They will also assist in scheduling service appointments and follow-ups and perform administrative duties to support the customer service team.

 

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and handle complaints effectively
  • Work experience in the IT or security solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work in Abu Dhabi and manage on-site responsibilities
