Bim Architect

Description:

This is a contract role for a BIM Architect, located on-site in Dubai. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating accurate and parametric Revit families/BIM content, adhering to Level of Detail (LOD) 100 to 500. Daily tasks include architectural drawing creation, building information modeling, and construction drawing submittals. The BIM Architect will also collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications

Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) with 3+ years of hands-on experience

🔹Experience in developing and managing Revit families, templates, and parametric components

🔹Background in coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM models with MEP and Structural teams

🔹bachelor’s degree in architecture

🔹Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently

🔹Flexibility to adapt to project-specific workflows
