Bim Coordinator

Description:

This is a full-time role for a BIM COORDINATORS. As a BIM COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create detailed models and construction drawings. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to develop accurate and efficient designs. This role requires strong knowledge of Plumbing services & Structure modelling.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with BIM technologies such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

· Minimum 7-year experience in UAE is mandatory.

· Experience in MECHANICAL & PLUMBING design and modeling.

· Ability to create accurate and detailed construction drawings.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Bachelor's degree is plus.

· Understanding of architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical design principles

· Knowledge of BIM execution plans and content library management
