Bim Manager

Description:

We are looking for talented and motivated BIM Architects / BIM Engineers to join our growing team. If you have a passion for BIM, Revit, and multidisciplinary coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models.

- Perform model reviews, clash detection, and issue resolution.

- Prepare construction documentation and drawing sets.

- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and BEPs.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

- 2–8 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

- Experience with Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and AutoCAD is preferred.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of international BIM standards is an advantage.
