Bim Specialist

Description:

The BIM Specialist will support our design and technical teams by creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models, ensuring smooth project delivery and integration of architecture, interior design, and MEP systems. You will work closely with designers, drafters, and project managers to ensure the BIM process supports quality control, documentation, and construction accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for interior design projects from concept through execution.

• Coordinate interdisciplinary models (architecture, interiors, MEP) to detect and resolve clashes.

• Prepare detailed interior documentation using Revit and/or BIM 360, including layouts, joinery details, ceilings, and finishes.

• Create and maintain BIM families and templates aligned with project and company standards.

• Collaborate with design and drafting teams to ensure model accuracy and drawing consistency.

• Generate schedules, tags, and material take-offs directly from models.

• Support the team with BIM coordination meetings, updates, and workflow improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a BIM/Revit role within the interior design or architecture industry.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and other relevant BIM tools.

• Strong understanding of interior detailing, joinery, and construction methods.

• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate complex models.

• Experience with UAE/Dubai codes and standards is an advantage.

• Attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills.
