Hiring Booking Specialist / Recruitment Specialist (Events & Entertainment)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Booking Specialist with knowledge of the events and entertainment industry for a client with offices across the GCC to be based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of raising quotations via Zoho or similar CRM systems and working on recruitment projects within the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing bookings and client inquiries in the events and entertainment sector.
• Raising quotations and handling client communication through CRM systems like Zoho.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in the events and entertainment industry.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills – calling candidates and clients will be a core part of this role, our clients needs excellent phone communications skills
