Branch Manager (automotive Service Industry)

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our growing automotive service team in the UAE.
• Arabic speaking – Mandatory
• Own visa preferred
• Immediate joining - Mandatory
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Additional certifications in automotive service management are an advantage. UAEdriving license preferred
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8+ years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of tyres, automotive services, mechanical repairs, or workshop operations. Proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales and operational targets.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good understanding of inventory control and workshop workflow.
• UAE Experience preferred; GCC experience also acceptable
