Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy, ensuring consistency, growth, and engagement across all platforms. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, overseeing brand positioning, and enhancing brand awareness in line with company goals. Additionally, the role includes overseeing production planning and quality control to ensure the brand’s high standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize product assortment and refine collections to attract retailers and buying teams.
- Provide strategic guidance on collection structuring to maximize commercial success.
- Develop and recommend effective Wholesale & Distribution strategies to expand market reach.
- Advise on the creation of brand assets, including lookbooks and marketing collateral, to strengthen sales efforts.
- Strategize connecting to customers focusing on B2C.
- Creating sales strategies to find a plan to increase sales and targeted sales
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and market share.
- Oversee all branding efforts, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and in-store promotions.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development, and hi design) to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to enhance visibility.
- Lead content creation and storytelling initiatives across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Work closely with designers and creative teams to maintain brand identity and guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and competitive landscape to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Manage the brand budget effectively to optimize marketing investments.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet design specifications, quality standards, and delivery deadlines as specified by the Company.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the feasibility of producing such designs.
- Create and maintain production schedules, allocating resources effectively to optimize productivity.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of product samples, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality and design as specified by the Company.
- Be available and flexible to fulfil the needs of the CEO and effectively coordinate with other teams.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on product quality.
- Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Work closely with the team to address product defects and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks for materials, finished products, and boutique/online stock, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Lead and supervise production teams, providing them with guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the fashion, retail,and luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Experience in managing budgets and working with external agencies.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
