What You’ll Be Doing
You will take ownership of brand strategy and execution across multiple markets, leading initiatives across digital, retail, and innovation.
- Driving digital-first media strategy with a strong focus on performance and ROI
- Leading influencer marketing and PR campaigns to build brand relevance and visibility
- Managing eCommerce and dCommerce performance (Amazon, Noon), optimizing conversion and visibility
- Delivering impactful in-store activations and retail execution
- Monitoring brand performance metrics including market share, distribution, and sell-out data
- Owning marketing budgets end-to-end including planning, tracking, and compliance
- Supporting innovation launches, ensuring on-time, in-full execution
- Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive business outcomes
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand or Marketing roles within FMCG MNCs (mandatory)
- Strong background in digital marketing, media planning, and eCommerce
- Experience managing multi-market or regional portfolios
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proven ability to collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, agility, and a growth mindset
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s is a plus)
- Immediate availability is a strong advantage
