Brand Manager

Description:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-focused Brand Manager to take ownership of brand development and category growth in a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving customer growth, managing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal applicant should have a data-driven mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth strategies for assigned service categories.

• Develop and execute effective brand and marketing campaigns.

• Analyze consumer insights and identify growth opportunities.

• Work closely with Product, CRM, and Business teams.

• Improve customer journeys and increase conversion rates.

• Lead creative campaigns, influencer partnerships, and promotional initiatives.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities.

• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC marketing experience with UAE experience mandatory.

• Strong experience in brand marketing and digital marketing.

• Experience in startups, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.

• Consumer-focused and data-driven approach.

• Strong creative thinking and campaign execution abilities.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• High ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative.
