About the Role: United Trademark & Patent Services’ Brand Enforcement Department continues to deliver outstanding results built on honesty, integrity, and dedication. To maintain our high standards of service, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced professionals to support our clients in protecting their brands across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market surveillance and identify potential infringements.

- Coordinate with law enforcement, customs, and legal teams on enforcement actions.

- Prepare reports and maintain accurate case documentation.

- Assist in raids, seizures, and other anti-counterfeiting operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand enforcement or anti-counterfeiting.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical practices.

- Excellent grasp over English and Arabic Language
