It is hiring a ‘Business Development Manager’ with 8-10 years of experience in similar roles in Oil & Gas Drilling-Chemicals Industry. • Leading the Sales function of Epygen Oil & gas Drilling Enzymes in geographical regions as decided by Epygen Management (Territory).

• Actively preparing a database on current and prospective drilling activity, chemical usage, rig output and potential, Drilling-Enzyme usage and potential etc. and sharing with Epygen management as per schedule or on call and participating in preparing the Annual Sales budget for the territories.

• Delivering on the budget and growth figures of Oil and Gas enzyme sales in assigned markets.

• Leading and managing the business growth and functions including managing international staff / relationships and interactions with agents and distributors.

• Developing and managing Agents and distributors for Oil and Gas enzymes in the territory, while ensuring supply logistics and stocking.

• Conducting Technical and commercial presentations, field trials and laboratory trials as per demands of the business.

• Preparing field and laboratory application protocols in collaboration with the Technical and Sales team at the Head Quarter.

• Participating in Scholastic or Professional literature creation and presentation in Scientific and Trade conferences in the assigned territory or outside the territory, as the job requires.

• Identify potential customers to target for business.

• Well versed with Government tendering and bidding procedures.

• Maintain regular customer contacts.

• Conduct competitor activity analysis and survey, based on data from the field.

• Periodic reporting of progress/ activities in a predetermined format.

• Follow best employee practices as per Epygen employment policy.

Qualifications Required

• Petroleum Engineer or Chemical Engineer with Petroleum Industry Drilling exposure, preferably with an MBA

Working Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience including Oil & Gas drilling chemical sales experience (Drilling Fluids)
