Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development to play a key role in the company's growth and market presence in Dubai. This individual will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and ensure the company’s competitive positioning in the market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong negotiation skills, and experience in the Dubai market, with a focus on achieving tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape in Dubai and the broader UAE market.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks, creating leads, and initiating outreach with potential clients or partners.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners to promote growth.
- Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure that business objectives and financial targets are met.
- Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to successfully manage client expectations, ensure service delivery, and resolve any operational issues.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development progress, market trends, competitive insights, and sales performance.
- Brand Awareness: Act as an ambassador of The First Holding, promoting the company’s values and services at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within Dubai and the UAE region.
- Proven experience in generating leads, closing sales, and achieving targets in a competitive environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai business landscape, key industries, and local market dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
