The ideal candidate should have strong UAE market connections and experience in generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing manpower supply contracts across various industries.

This freelance opportunity offers a commission-based earning structure with unlimited earning potential based on business performance and successful client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial manpower supply services.

• Build and maintain relationships with HR teams, procurement departments, and factory managers.

• Generate staffing opportunities across manufacturing, construction, logistics, and facility management sectors.

• Arrange client meetings and present manpower supply proposals.

• Negotiate commercial terms and secure manpower supply contracts.

• Develop long-term client relationships and support recurring business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in UAE manpower supply, recruitment, or staffing industry is preferred.

• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.

• Established UAE corporate connections and business network.

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language knowledge is an advantage.

• Must have appropriate legal authorization to undertake the engagement in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Business development and client relationship management.
