Oh Yes Events LLP, one of India’s most respected names in ultra-luxury weddings, bespoke corporate events, and grand concerts, is now expanding into the UAE market. As we launch our Dubai operations, we’re looking for an exceptional professional to join us as our Business Development & Operations Manager – a pivotal role for our international journey.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

 

✨ Business Development & Growth

• Lead high-impact client acquisition across weddings, corporate, and entertainment sectors

• Build powerful partnerships with premium venues, tourism boards, and service partners

• Represent the brand at key industry forums, expos, and luxury networking circles

 

✨ Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Serve as the face of Oh Yes Events for UAE clientele

• Curate and manage exclusive event journeys with precision and class

• Ensure seamless pre-event, on-ground, and post-event experience

 

✨ Operations & Project Execution

• Drive end-to-end event planning and logistics across formats

• Maintain operational discipline and uphold the brand’s refined aesthetic and service standards

• Work cross-functionally with creative and delivery teams from India & UAE

 

👤 Ideal Candidate:

• 4–8 years of experience in luxury events, destination weddings, hospitality, or experiential marketing

• Strong understanding of the UAE events ecosystem with an established network

• Aesthetic sensibility, operational rigor, and client-first mindset

• Graceful communicator and natural relationship-builder

• Ready to build something iconic from the ground up
