Description:

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and grow our Native (UGC) division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing content creator agencies or influencer marketing teams, combined with excellent sales and client management skills. This role is pivotal to scaling our creator network, overseeing campaign delivery, and expanding our footprint across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Native (UGC) division, including creator recruitment, campaign management, and content delivery.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring excellent service delivery.

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

• Collaborate closely with creative, sales, and operations teams to deliver seamless campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

• Oversee content quality, ensuring all creator-produced content meets brand guidelines and platform-native standards.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track the division’s growth and success.

• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and UGC innovations to keep the agency at the forefront.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation agencies, or managing creative teams.

• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management within digital media or marketing agencies.

• Deep understanding of UGC, social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), and native content trends.

• Strong leadership and operational management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
