Description:

We are looking for a business-driven leader with a strong affinity for apparel and product, who can take ownership of both the operational build-up of the organisation and the development of the apparel category.

This is not a creative director role, but a business leadership position within a creative environment. You translate vision into structure, execution, and a functioning organisation — while ensuring apparel collections are developed with clarity and commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities – Lead the operational setup of the venture

– Translate creative vision into business execution

– Build structure, processes, and workflows

– Oversee timelines, priorities, and project momentum

– Own and develop the apparel category from concept to market

Profile – Strong business leadership experience (fashion/creative industry preferred)

– Experience in building organisations or categories from early stages

– Affinity with product and collection development

– Structured, hands-on, and decisive

– Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Full-time, on-site in the UAE (relocation required)
