Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop actions for transformation
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align with overall business objectives
• Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy
• Improve performance and the position of the company for long-term success
• Identify migrate risks and barriers and proactively addressing challenges to ensure a smooth execution
• Drive organisation change management efforts to facilitate successful adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of thinking
• Monitor and measure the progress of transformation initiatives, tracking KPI's and adjusting strategies as needed
