Description:
We are seeking experienced Business Process Specialists to support the Business Excellence function by documenting, standardizing, and improving business processes across multiple domains. The role focuses on designing To-Be business processes, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring alignment and approval within the organization’s Business Process Management (BPM) framework.
The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives, and applying Lean principles to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document To-Be business processes aligned with organizational objectives
- Develop, maintain, and standardize SOPs across business domains
- Facilitate process mapping workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Support BPM and BPR initiatives across hospitality, golf, and related domains
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Ensure process governance, approvals, and compliance within the BPM framework
- Collaborate with technology and digital teams to support automation and optimization initiatives
- Manage multiple process initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, BPM Specialist, or similar role
- Proven experience in business process design, documentation, and SOP development
- Strong hands-on experience with BPM methodologies (BPMN preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum)
- Experience working with large enterprises, government, or real estate organizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
Preferred / Desirable Experience
- Experience in Hospitality & Golf sectors
- GCC hospitality operator and/or asset management experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (or similar BPM / process mining tools)
- Certification in BPM, BPMN, Process Mining, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- Experience delivering business cases, ROI analysis, and process improvement benefits
- Exposure to automation deployment and change management initiatives
- Experience working in multicultural and multi-national environments
