Business Support Coordinator

 

Description:

In this role you will be providing administrative support to the business - handling the 5 Business Franchises (Recon, Trauma, SPM, AWM & ENT).

What will you need to be successful?

Responsibilities:
 

  • Administrator
  • General administration duties
  • Executive assistant to the GM
  • Travel arrangements
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Organise and schedule meetings
  • Compiling expense reports
  • Business Support Coordinator
  • Coordinate internal communications within the organisation.
  • Responsible for the successful execution of logistic work for all product launch activities, promotions, tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital.

     

Successful candidates would need the following:
 

  • Previous experience as sales admin/marketing co-ordinator
  • Education: Diploma in Information Technology.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Excel & power point
  • communication skills: Fluent in English. French and/or Arabic is a plus.
