For a multi-award-winning global fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate based in Dubai, UAE, with operations across the GCC.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and purchasing high-quality women’s wear merchandise
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform buying decisions
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive prices and delivery schedules
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design and merchandising, to ensure cohesive and effective buying strategies
- Staying up-to-date on fashion industry trends and market developments
- Overseeing and managing buying budget
Requirements:
- Experience buying women’s wear
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of women’s wear trends
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
