Cad Draughtsman

Description:

Acube Technical Services is looking for a skilled CAD Draughtsman to support ongoing aluminium fabrication projects. This role is suited for detail-oriented professionals with strong AutoCAD expertise and hands-on experience preparing fabrication drawings for aluminium systems and construction projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for producing accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built documentation while coordinating closely with engineers, production teams, and site personnel. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as the drawings will directly support manufacturing and project execution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for aluminium fabrication projects

• Develop fabrication drawings and as-built documentation

• Coordinate drawing requirements with engineers and project teams

• Work closely with fabrication departments to ensure drawing accuracy

• Update and revise drawings based on project requirements

• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation

• Support project execution through accurate technical drafting

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

• Experience preparing drawings specifically for aluminium fabrication projects

• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, fabrication teams, and site personnel

• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and deadlines

• UAE experience is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of:

• Aluminium fabrication detailing

• Shop and fabrication drawing preparation

• As-built documentation processes

• Technical drafting standards

• Engineering and construction documentation

• AutoCAD software and drawing management
