A trend-savvy, culture-conscious Café Manager who understands modern dining experiences and can curate a space that resonates with today’s café-goers. Your mission? To create a unique and Instagram-worthy food experience that complements our specialty coffee.

Your Role

• Design and launch a simple yet stylish food menu for the top floor
• Stay ahead of café trends to attract a young, modern audience
• Oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service
• Drive branding, marketing, and social media promotions
• Hire, train, and lead a passionate team
• Manage budgeting, pricing, and profitability

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Café Manager or a similar role
• Deep understanding of café aesthetics, food presentation, and trends
• Passion for specialty coffee and innovative food concepts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
