Camp Manager

Description:

Our client is seeking a Camp Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day management of accommodation facilities housing IRATA certified rope access technicians, drivers and staff. The role ensures a safe, compliant, and well-maintained living environment that supports workforce productivity, welfare, and operational readiness. The Camp Manager will oversee facility operations, staff welfare, logistics, and adherence to company policies and local regulations.

About the Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in any related course.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Camp Manager.
• Strong experience in managing and supervising a team.
• Strong English communication skills.

About You

• Operations & Administration - Oversee overall camp operations across multiple locations (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) through Camp Supervisors
• Staff Management - Supervise and manage Camp Supervisors across all locations
• Health & Safety - Ensure strict implementation of HSE policies across all camp locations
• Customer Relations & Communication - Act as the main point of contact between camps and internal stakeholders (HR, Operations, Project Teams)
• HR Support - Oversee leave monitoring across all camps and ensure proper coordination with HR
