Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Campaign Lead to spearhead the creative foundation and execution of our campaigns. This role is critical in shaping the narrative, insight, and visual direction behind every project — from ideation to launch. You will be responsible for crafting compelling insights, conceptualizing storylines, leading creative development, and overseeing flawless execution across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Insight Development:
- Research market trends, cultural movements, and audience behaviors to build meaningful campaign insights.
- Distill research into clear, human-centered insights that serve as the backbone of campaigns.
Storyline and Concept Creation:
- Develop original storylines, creative concepts, and messaging frameworks that capture the heart of each campaign.
- Ensure all narratives align with the brand’s voice, emotional goals, and strategic objectives.
Art Direction & Visual Leadership:
- Lead the visual development of campaigns, guiding designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists.
- Build creative mood boards, art direction decks, and oversee visual quality across all outputs.
- Approve and refine visual assets, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.
Execution Management:
- Translate concepts into executable production plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Oversee shoots, content production, and post-production processes, ensuring creative alignment at every stage.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (production houses, photographers, stylists, etc.) to deliver on vision.
Creative Quality Control:
- Act as the final gatekeeper for campaign creative — ensuring insight, narrative, and visuals are cohesive and of the highest standard.
- Troubleshoot challenges during production while maintaining creative integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, strategy, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns across all touchpoints.
- Participate in client presentations, pitch creative ideas, and defend the rationale behind campaign concepts.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art Direction, Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in campaign creation, art direction, or creative leadership roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual campaigns, storytelling, and art direction.
- Exceptional ability to extract and translate insights into emotionally resonant creative ideas.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation to delivery.
- Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without compromising creativity.
