Case Manager

Description:

Claims Care (CC RCM) is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Case Manager to join its growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong medical or paramedical background who have hands-on experience in inpatient coding, auditing, and clinical documentation processes.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting healthcare operations by ensuring accurate medical coding, maintaining documentation standards, and contributing to efficient revenue cycle management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee case-related processes including coding, auditing, and documentation review

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in inpatient medical coding practices

• Review clinical documentation to support coding accuracy and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to improve documentation quality

• Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements in coding and documentation workflows

• Support overall revenue cycle management processes through efficient case handling

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in a medical or paramedical field such as MBBS, BDS, B. Pharm, BSN, BPT, or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of UAE-based experience in inpatient coding, auditing, or documentation improvement

• Strong understanding of healthcare coding standards and clinical documentation practices
