Catering Manager

A well-established industrial catering company in the UAE is currently looking to hire an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to join its operations team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in industrial or camp catering who can efficiently manage large-scale food service operations while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

The company is seeking a candidate with proven leadership abilities, operational expertise, and the capability to oversee catering activities in a fast-paced environment. Applicants with previous Middle East experience and immediate availability will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day catering operations across industrial or camp facilities

• Supervise kitchen teams, catering staff, and workforce scheduling to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with clients and site management

• Ensure all food preparation and catering activities comply with HACCP and food safety standards

• Coordinate menu planning, food costing, and inventory management to achieve operational efficiency

• Monitor service quality standards and implement improvements where necessary

• Handle operational challenges effectively while maintaining excellent customer service

• Support staff development, training, and performance management within the catering department

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and workforce management capabilities

• Experience handling industrial or camp catering operations

• Good understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP compliance

• Ability to manage budgets, food costs, and operational planning

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred

• Immediate joiners will have an added advantage

• Prior Middle East catering industry experience is highly desirable
