Certified Gym Instructor

Flora Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and qualified Certified Gym Instructor & Fitness Trainer to become an integral part of our wellness and recreation team at our premium hospitality facility in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time role ideal for fitness professionals passionate about health and wellness who are committed to enhancing guest experience through world-class fitness services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality personal training and group workout sessions tailored to the needs of hotel guests, focusing on safety, technique, and motivation.

• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate guest health, fitness levels, and training requirements, and design customized fitness plans based on these assessments.

• Provide continuous guidance, motivation, and support to clients to help them meet their fitness goals.

• Ensure that all fitness equipment is used correctly and safely, demonstrating proper techniques and encouraging best practices.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment, in line with hygiene and safety standards.

• Monitor client progress and make ongoing adjustments to training programs for optimal results.

• Promote hotel wellness initiatives and actively engage guests in fitness and health programs offered by the hotel.

• Uphold professionalism and courteous behavior in all guest interactions and ensure compliance with gym rules and policies.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Fitness/Gym Trainer, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting.

• Valid certification in fitness training from recognized bodies (e.g., REPS UAE, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).

• CPR/First Aid certification is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic about delivering top-tier customer service.

• Flexible to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
